We are in the shop 5 days a week. However, those days change from week to week. I am a flight paramedic 2 days a week. My flight schedule changes every week. Please contact Richard before you come to the shop. For your benefit, it will save you a trip for nothing.

Check in, we will always accept your trophy at the shop. For your convenience we have a partnership with Ozzy’s deer processing. Once you drop your trophy off there, we will be more than glad to pick your trophy up and bring it to the shop and get it checked it. Name, Phone number, AGFC game check info, and County killed in is required information. A system is in place to assist you with that. Please contact us at this point. You must contact us to determine how you want your mount positioned. When we get ready to start your mount, and you have not contacted us, no worries we will contact you at that point.

Pricing for 2026-2027 season, March 1, 2026, thru February 28, 2027 European mounts will be $120. It will be assumed that all European mounts are to be bleached and mounted on a board as in the photos. If you request something different contact us immediately

Whitetail shoulder mounts and Backpack mounts will be $700 Elk shoulder mounts will be $1500 Mule deer shoulder mounts will be $800 All other Big Game, Exotics, and African mounts will be priced when you make contact with us.

Turnaround time- We want all customers to expect 1 year from when your shoulder mount is checked in the shop. We work on a first trophy checked in will be the first trophy completed. Obviously the first trophy checked in will be out much sooner than 1 year, however the last trophy checked in will take close to a year. We check in approximately 250 whitetails alone each season. You will receive a curtesy text when your trophy is mounted and 2 weeks from completion. European Mounts are completed at much faster pace. Please allow us 30 days to complete

All finished mounts will be picked up our shop. If delivery is needed there will be delivery charge, and it must be scheduled. Once you are contacted that your trophy is ready to pick up, you will have 14 days to get it picked up. After 14 days a 10% surcharge will be added. Then another 10% for each 7 days following. After 30 day your trophy becomes the property of Rockin W Taxidermy and will be sold to recoup cost. We do understand hardships and financial struggles. Just communicate with us and we will try or best to help. However, if you do not communicate with us or you ghost us the above policy will be enforced.

We accept different Payment options. Cash will always be preferred; however, we do Accept, VENMO, CASH APP, CHECK, and we do accept credit cards, However, we have to add 4%

We are not photographers, Pictures do not do the mounts justice, so we do not send pictures out.

We accept trophies from all over the United States and other countries. However, there are laws that prevent transporting certain parts of your trophy body parts across most state lines. Call us and we will instruct you on how to make your trophy legal. Trophies coming from outside the United States must be transported into the country properly. We have agreement with an Import company and a USDA tannery. Contact us and we will put you in contact with them. We accept on an average 20 trophies a year from outside the country.

We are a CWD sample collect point for the AGFC. It will be assumed that you want your whitetail tested free of charge. If you do not want it tested, you must make contact immediately.

Rockin W Taxidermy will not take any reasonability for any damage from neglect or miss handling of trophies prior to arriving in our shop. Each trophy is inspected on arrival and you will be notified if there is a problem.
